We understand that you may need to cancel your appointment for any reason. Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange a refund (minus a card transaction fee), however, if there is less than 24 hours notice a 50% fee will be charged.
Please be advised that we are unable to provide a refund for any laboratory tests. Upon order, all laboratory fees must be settled. Thank you.
